Privacy Policy

Premstream (“Premstream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a pay-per-view streaming platform and associated websites and services (the “Platform”). This Policy explains how we handle personal information relating to viewers, account holders, content creators, event organizers, and people who contact us.

Premstream provides technology and transaction-facilitation services connecting viewers with creators. Creators are responsible for their independent content and event activities. That intermediary role does not remove our responsibility for personal information under our control. This Policy describes information handling; it is not a blanket consent to every use or a waiver of statutory privacy rights.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we collect information you provide, information generated through your use, and relevant information from creators, payment processors, and other service providers:

  • Account and profile information: Name, display name, email address, account identifiers, authentication information, and profile details you supply, such as address or demographic information where the relevant feature requests it. Account passwords are stored in hashed form. Do not send passwords in support messages.
  • Purchases and payments: Purchased content, event tickets, transaction references, amounts, currency, billing details where provided, payment status, refunds, disputes, and related communications. Payment details entered into processor-operated payment fields are handled by third-party payment processors. We receive information needed to administer transactions, such as transaction identifiers, status, and available payment-method details. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to us or a creator through email or chat.
  • Use and technical information: Pages and content accessed, viewing and access activity, interaction times, IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, session identifiers, login attempts, errors, and diagnostic information. IP addresses may indicate approximate location.
  • Communications and submissions: Support requests, complaints, messages, reports, uploaded content, attachments, and information you choose to submit. Publicly posted material may be visible to others.
  • Creator information: Business and contact details, account permissions, payout and tax information provided for the relationship, and verification or licensing information requested where necessary. Verification information may be collected directly by a payment or verification provider.
  • Gifts and invitations: Recipient names, email addresses, gift or invitation details, and delivery information supplied by the sender. Senders must have authority to provide another person's details and must not use these features for spam.
  • Preferences and permissions: Communication choices, consent or withdrawal records, account settings, and records of acceptance of applicable terms where collected.

We identify required information through the relevant forms or context. You may decline optional information. If you decline information genuinely needed for authentication, a purchase, fraud checks, or a requested service, we may be unable to provide that feature. Avoid submitting sensitive information unrelated to your request or content belonging to others without appropriate authority.

2. How We Use Information
  • Establish and administer accounts, authenticate users, manage permissions, and deliver authorized access to purchased content.
  • Facilitate purchases, ticket delivery, gifts, receipts, creator payouts, refunds, accounting, and transaction disputes.
  • Provide support, relay relevant creator communications, investigate complaints, and resolve delivery or account problems.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose errors, understand usage, and improve reliability and user experience.
  • Detect and address fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, content violations, and security incidents; enforce applicable agreements and protect people and rights.
  • Meet legal, tax, recordkeeping, reporting, and lawful disclosure obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Send essential account, security, purchase, event, cancellation, and service notices. Send optional promotional communications only with the separate permission required by our policies and applicable law.

Where consent is required, we obtain it in the appropriate form. Where applicable law permits processing on another basis, we rely on that basis only when its requirements are met. If a jurisdiction requires specific legal-basis disclosures, we will provide those disclosures for the relevant processing. We will explain a materially different purpose and obtain further consent where required before using information for it.

3. Cookies, Analytics and Email Interactions

Cookies, local or session storage, and similar technologies support sign-in, sessions, preferences, checkout, security, and measurement. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent some features from working.

The Platform includes Google Analytics to help measure visits and interactions. Analytics may involve identifiers, technical characteristics, page interactions, and network information processed by the analytics provider. Emails and linked pages may also contain identifiers that record delivery or interactions such as opening a message or following a link, where supported by the message and your software. These signals can be incomplete and are not definitive proof that a person read a message.

We will provide cookie or tracking notices and request permission before nonessential technologies operate where required by law. Available consent controls and browser settings can be used to manage tracking. Browser controls may not affect all server-side records or email identifiers; contact us with questions about available choices. We do not treat acceptance of this Policy as consent to nonessential tracking or targeted advertising. Any new advertising or cross-service tracking requires appropriate disclosure and permissions before use.

4. Information Shared With Creators

A creator may receive information reasonably needed to provide content or an event, verify entitlements, communicate essential changes, support a purchaser, or resolve a dispute. Depending on the transaction and features used, this may include a buyer's name or display name, contact email, purchased event or content, ticket or transaction reference, and relevant access or support information. We limit access to the relevant creator and authorized staff. Passwords and full payment-card credentials must not be disclosed to creators.

Demographic reporting, where offered, should use aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible. Identifiable demographic or viewing information requires an appropriate disclosed purpose and lawful basis; purchasing content does not automatically authorize broad disclosure.

Creators must comply with our data-use restrictions. They may not sell or rent buyer information, use it for unrelated advertising or surveillance, scrape buyer lists, train AI systems with it, or export or disclose it for unauthorized purposes. Promotional messages require separate, recorded opt-in under our creator rules. A purchase alone does not subscribe a buyer to a creator's mailing list.

A creator acting independently must satisfy its own privacy duties and provide required disclosures. We cannot guarantee that an independent creator will always comply, but we may investigate reports, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, and take other permitted enforcement action. Contact the creator about its independent processing and contact us about Platform disclosures or suspected misuse. You do not have to pursue the creator first to report a concern about Premstream's handling of information. Our contracts do not eliminate legal duties or remedies.

5. Other Disclosures

We disclose personal information only for appropriate purposes and subject to applicable law, including to:

  • Service providers: Organizations supporting hosting, streaming delivery, storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, support, security, and business administration, to the extent needed for their services. We require appropriate protections where they process information on our behalf.
  • Payment and verification providers: Providers and financial institutions handling verification, transactions, fraud checks, refunds, or disputes. Some process information for their own legal and regulatory purposes and provide separate privacy notices.
  • Professional advisers and legal recipients: Advisers, authorities, courts, rights holders, or other appropriate recipients where necessary and lawfully permitted for compliance, security, investigations, or legal claims. We assess requests rather than treating every request as automatically authorizing disclosure.
  • Business-transaction participants: A prospective or actual acquirer, successor, or adviser in a merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transaction, only as legally permitted and subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions. Required notices and permissions will be provided.
  • Recipients you authorize: Parties you ask us to communicate with or to whom you intentionally disclose information using Platform features.

We do not grant creators or providers a general right to exploit personal information for unrelated purposes. Public posts and disclosures you make directly to others are distinct from information held privately by Premstream. Removing a public post may not remove copies independently made by others.

6. International Processing

Service providers may process or store information outside your province, territory, or country, including where their infrastructure or support teams operate. Foreign courts and authorities may obtain lawful access under local laws. We use appropriate contractual, organizational, and other safeguards as required; those safeguards cannot override lawful governmental access. Where a jurisdiction requires additional transfer mechanisms, notices, assessments, or consent, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about applicable processing locations and safeguards.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for its disclosed purpose and applicable legal requirements. Relevant criteria include the account relationship, promised content-access period, outstanding purchases or refunds, accounting and tax duties, dispute periods, security risks, and legal preservation obligations.

Account information may be needed while an account remains active; transaction records may be retained for required accounting and claims periods; technical and support records are retained according to their operational or investigative need. Marketing suppression records may be retained in minimal form to honor opt-outs. Information subject to a legal hold is restricted to the justified purpose.

Account closure does not require immediate deletion of every record. When retention is no longer justified, we delete, securely dispose of, or appropriately de-identify information. Backups may persist until routine replacement, with access restricted; if restored, applicable deletion requirements must be reapplied. We do not promise instant deletion from every system. Contact us for information about retention applicable to your records.

8. Security and Incident Response

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of information and the associated risks, including access restrictions and account-protection measures. We require appropriate confidentiality and security from relevant personnel and service providers. We assess suspected incidents and take appropriate steps to contain, investigate, and address them, maintain required records, and notify affected people and authorities when required by law.

No website, software, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Outages, malicious attacks, unauthorized access, and data loss can occur despite reasonable safeguards. We do not warrant absolute security or accept responsibility for independent third-party conduct merely because it affects a Platform user. This statement does not exclude our own applicable security duties, nonwaivable liability, or required incident notifications. Any limitation of liability in our Terms of Use applies only where lawful; this Policy does not create an additional release of privacy rights.

Use a strong, unique password, protect login and access links, secure your devices, and report suspected compromise promptly. Do not forward authentication or personalized access links to others.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to information we hold about you, details about its use and disclosure, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or objection to certain processing. These rights are subject to their legal conditions and exceptions; not every right applies in every jurisdiction. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to lawful restrictions and reasonable notice. We will explain material consequences, such as inability to continue a feature that needs the information.

Contact us using section 13. We may request proportionate verification or proof of authority for an authorized representative, and will avoid requesting unnecessary identity documents. We will respond within applicable deadlines and explain any permitted extension or refusal and available complaint routes. Access requests are handled without charge except where law permits a charge and any required advance notice is given. Requests must not compromise another person's information or rights.

Use an unsubscribe mechanism in promotional messages or contact us to withdraw optional marketing permission. Essential purchase, security, and legal notices may continue. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate prior lawful processing or remove legally justified recordkeeping. You may complain to the competent privacy regulator without first exhausting our internal process. We will not retaliate for exercising a lawful privacy right.

10. Third-Party Sites, Content and Independent Services

External links, creator-controlled services, and independent payment-provider services may have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before supplying information. We are not responsible for independently operated sites or third parties merely because a link appears on the Platform. This does not remove responsibility we retain for information shared by us, providers acting on our behalf, or duties imposed by law. Creators may not use external services to evade our buyer-data protections.

11. Children and Age Restrictions

The Platform is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18 for their use of the Platform. If you believe a minor has provided information or been registered as a gift recipient, contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including restricting access and deleting information where required, subject to necessary legal or safety preservation. Appearance of a minor in lawful creator content is separately subject to creator permission, safety, and privacy obligations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, practices, or law. We will make the current version available and notify users of material changes through a prominent Platform notice, email, or another appropriate channel. We will provide advance notice where required and obtain fresh consent before new processing where law requires it. Continued use alone does not supply consent where affirmative permission is required. Changes do not retrospectively authorize unlawful processing or remove accrued rights. A copy of the version relevant to a particular period may be requested from us.

13. Contact and Accountability

Premstream is responsible for this Policy and for responding to questions about personal information under its control. Direct privacy requests, complaints, and security reports to our support contact below and identify the subject as “Privacy” or “Security Incident” so it can be routed to the person responsible for privacy. Our business contact and postal details are available through the Platform's published contact information.
